Who is YachtFlights International Concierge?
YachtFlights is your premium air based concierge service dedicated to providing prompt, personal assistance to luxury yachts in the Bahamas and Caribbean. Our range of services is wide. Some of these include: flying in late arriving guests, additional yacht service technicians, crew, or provisions and parts. YachtFlights will also provide spa and salon technicians to pamper you; or nightlife escapes and day trip packages. Last-minute solutions and luxury services are our specialty. What can YachtFlights bring me?
If you need a service provided in Florida or an item for sale in Florida, YachtFlights can purchase or arrange for that service and bring it to you immediately.
Why should I use YachtFlights?
You will want to use YachtFlights because we will place you with the most efficient aircraft and coordinate logistics to satisfy your request. The plane used, its contents, and people on board are only there to serve you and your needs. Your flight will arrive at the closest possible airport to you to ensure expedient delivery. You will have a YachtFlights representative personally escort your items through customs ensuring they arrive in your hands. You want to use YachtFlights, because your satisfaction is our only objective on each service flight.
What if I already have a yacht provisioning service I like?
Great! Please continue to use them for purchasing your goods and services. When you want them delivered to you immediately, with an escort to make sure they make it through customs, and actually make it to you; please call us and we will make the arrangements.
How do I place a YachtFlights Service Request?
- You phone or email us, about a problem or request one of our specialty services.
- Fill out our Yacht Service Request, we assess your service request and provide an approximate price quote.
- We shop your favorite stores in Florida, find parts, shop for food, arrange for technicians and parts or pick up your Guests.
- We fly directly to the closest runway to you in the Bahamas or Caribbean and deliver your guests, goods or services.
- You make a final online secure payment through PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, Discover Card or PayPal information.
- We do all the paperwork and deal with all the hassle. You receive your goods or services now, and not a week or two from now.

Do I need work permits for repair technicians traveling to my vessel?
YachtFlights subcontracts with general technicians and mechanics and provides for their work permits. This allows them to leave at a moment's notice. In most cases they will be able to trouble shoot everyday problems. If you have a specialty repair need requiring a technician or mechanic not readily associated with YachtFlights, we can usually get them a work permit in 24 to 48 hours when it may take you a week or more. We will then fly them to your vessel as soon as possible.
How am I billed?
Please call or e-mail us your service request and we will prepare an approximate quote. Because of distances traveled and the remote nature of service destinations we cannot guarantee final costs. Our quote is designed as an approximation of fees our clients can expect. Air costs alone will be in the hundreds and often thousands of dollars. Payments can be made online or by phone through Paypal. We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, Discover Card or PayPal information.
What costs am I responsible for?
In short, everything. All costs associated with goods and services ordered through YachtFlights, members are also responsible for any duty on goods, arrival and departure taxes for all persons and goods traveling, as well as taxi and ferry transfer to yachts, or overnight stays, should that be needed.
I don't see my preferred vendor on your website. Can I suggest one?
Yes. If you do not see a good or service you know it is located or available between West Palm Beach and Miami just ask and we will make the necessary arrangements.
What Aircraft Are Used?
Depending on client needs we choose the most cost effective aircraft to satisfy your service request. We may use piston, turbo prop or executive jets.
Are the Planes Safe?
Yes. We use a variety of aircraft from select charter companies who conform to strict FAA regulations for licensing, maintenance, and safety.
